The Integrated Mind

The Integrated Mind was founded by Angie Harris to share mindfulness techniques so you can bring “calm” with you wherever you go!

Initially, the goal to accomplish this was to develop local Mindfulness Workshops teaching mindfulness to teachers, students, parents, families, and employers/employees. Then Angie Harris wrote a children’s book on mindfulness, Mad to Glad: Simple Lessons to Help Children Cope with Changing Emotions for children between the ages of 3-7. And most recently we’ve launched Online Mindfulness Courses!

Bringing Calm to the Family Room, Board Room, and to the Classroom

Working with The Integrated Mind

The Integrated Mind has a team of mindfulness instructors, they are all mindfulness practitioners and are Mindful Schools trained teachers. We also partner with other businesses offering mindfulness panel events. And we’ve worked in some school systems offering mindfulness classes to various aged children as well as teaching the teachers.

Mindful Meditation and Grief
