💜Second – call to mind someone who you bring joy and love. Send them intentions of love and gratitude.
💜Third – call to mind someone of service in your life…the sanitation workers who pick up your trash, the cashier at the grocery store, the teenager who mows your lawn…Send them intentions of love and gratitude.
💜Fourth – call to mind your 8-year-old self. Send YOU intentions of love and gratitude.
💜Fifth – call to mind someone you love whose energy resides in spirit. Send them a virtual hug as you feel your own hands in your lap.
